Kickoff Party - August 6th @ 5:00 PM
Enjoy Rum tastings from a local Rum Distiller while Jimmy Buffett serenades you as you enjoy the marina view from the Hotel Patio area. Once the rum tastings, around 7:00 PM, are over you will board the Skullywag for a ride to get the rest of the evening started. You will be dropped off at the AMI Moose Lodge, with a pirate guide or two, to carouse your way down Bridge Street.
Before disembarking the Skullywag you will receive a booklet listing what business are offering specials or discounts. It will also have the contact info for the Pirate guides. You will be able to adventures and night life found on Anna Maria Island's famous Bridge Street. Interesting shops, quaint bars, delicious eats, putt putt golf, and if you get to the beach in time, possibly a glimpse of the green flash as the sun sets into the Gulf.
Pirate guides will be available until 10:30 PM, to help guide you on your journey. At that time they will all be gathering at a designated location to help make sure everyone gets back to Compass aboard a Monkey Bus. If you choose to stay, please contact a guide to let them know you will be returning on your own.
